the location was fantastic! i walked everywhere with ease. the coffee machine on the 2nd floor was such a treat, i loved getting cappuccinos anytime. the staff was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions, i felt really taken care of.
Housekeeping was only done every three days. I was surprised. the bathroom ventilation grill looked a little rough, i noticed it right away. some of the furniture looked pretty worn, i thought it could use an update.

I found a couple of things less than stellar. First, the room faced the back of the building, so there was a constant noise from the AC units. It was quite irritating. the in-room coffee was a bit weak for my taste, I prefer a stronger brew..

The location was fantastic. i found the complimentary water and coffee on each floor convenient. the staff was friendly and very helpful. i also appreciated the luggage storage option after checkout. It made my last day much easier.
the room felt a bit small for what i was expecting, though this seems typical for the area.

there was complimentary coffee available in the lounge, a really nice touch. i saw that the coffee machine seemed well kept, and it used fresh grounds. this made getting a quick caffeine fix easy.

The staff are warm and cute. I felt genuinely valued. they seemed enthusiastic about helping guests. i also appreciated the availability of luggage storage. the staff made it hassle-free!!!

the location is great for getting around the city i found it easy to walk to many attractions the staff were always friendly and helpful the room had a kitchenette which was convenient i could prepare small meals and snacks.
the room decor felt a bit dated the carpets had some stains i noticed the bathroom door made a loud noise when sliding it open housekeeping was not daily they cleaned the room once .
